Snake Grass Leaves
You can either chew or blend the leaves
become juice. When the patient gets better, reduce the number of
leaves.
Quantity- For maintaining good health - suggested that you take between 5 to 10 leaves per day
- For other diseases - Take between 30 to 50 leaves per day
- For cancer patients
- Stage 1 - 50 leaves per day (approximately15gm)
- Stage 2 - 100 leaves per day (approximately 30gm)
- Stage 3 - 200 leaves per day (approximately 60gm)
- Stage 4 - 300 leaves per day (approximately 90gm)
Safety Concern
- There are some patients may suffer from painful back,
shoulder, stomach, feeling like vomit and dizziness. This could be
the sign for you to lower down the amount of SG leaves.

Things
you will need:

Blender
2. An green apple (use two apples if the size is small)
3. Snake Grass (SG) leaf, based on the suggested amount
4. A quater of lemon, provide Vitamin C and prevent oxidization. (optional)

Instructions
1.
Prepare peal off the green apple's skin. Cut it into pieces and
remove the seeds.
2.
Add in SG, pieces of green apple, lemon juice into blender.
3.
Add in a cup of water (200ml). If you preffer more concentrated, you
may reduce the amount water and vice versa. For diabetic patient, you
want to reduce the amount of water to half a cup (100 ml) or lesser

Blend for a minute or until the juice turn green and mix well.
5.
Drink the juice while still fresh. Store in the fridge if you want to
drink it later.
